We had a wonderful stay at JK Villa-please note that this is a two unit property which we didn't expect from the listing. This was not an issue for us and to be clear, the two units are private and have their own enclosed pools. George, our host was very responsive and was able to quickly send us a beach cart that was mentioned on the listing, but was not there when we arrived.

The villa was wonderful and is a beautiful space. The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked kitchens I have ever seen in an Airbnb. The interior was very-well appointed and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space was great and the pool and grill were perfect. It was also so nice that we were able to take chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The bikes were also super handy to get around!
The location felt safe and was very private. Very walkable. We loved Cocovan (the little eatery within about a 5 minute walk). It was only about a 5 minute bike ride to the beach as well. The road was a bit bumpy due to construction but fine as long as you pay attention. For the most part it was quiet, but there was definitely some loud construction noise during parts of the day. That being said, there is an immense amount of construction going on all over the island so it's kind of inevitable and not so intrusive that it was unbearable.

The Villa was very nice and well stocked, great kitchen supplies and lots of beach equipment to use. The team was super responsive and helped to get a rental car/chef. Location was central to most attractions and the nearby beaches were beautiful. Beds were comfy, with plenty of extra pillows.
The road is bumpy so drive/bike slow!
