We had a wonderful stay at JK Villa-please note that this is a two unit property which we didn't expect from the listing. This was not an issue for us and to be clear, the two units are private and have their own enclosed pools. George, our host was very responsive and was able to quickly send us a beach cart that was mentioned on the listing, but was not there when we arrived.

The location felt safe and was very private. Very walkable. We loved Cocovan (the little eatery within about a 5 minute walk). It was only about a 5 minute bike ride to the beach as well. The road was a bit bumpy due to construction but fine as long as you pay attention. For the most part it was quiet, but there was definitely some loud construction noise during parts of the day. That being said, there is an immense amount of construction going on all over the island so it's kind of inevitable and not so intrusive that it was unbearable.
